My name is Šárka (pronounced “Sharka”), and I’m the founder of Shark Concierge, specializing in property management, home watch, and concierge services for residents in Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island.

Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, I’ve called Naples home since 2003. My journey in the U.S. began with a deep appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle of Southwest Florida, and I quickly became rooted in the local community.

For most of my time living in Naples, I worked with a privately owned real estate investment firm specializing in luxury assets, overseeing high-end construction and remodeling projects across Naples, Miami, and Colorado. My role involved managing every detail — from coordinating with designers, architects, and builders to delivering white-glove concierge services. Whether it was organizing events, arranging travel, sourcing and importing exclusive items, or handling the everyday needs of high-end properties, I developed a reputation for precision, discretion, and trust.
